Meet the owners of our Dallas staffing services firm

Express opened its first Dallas office in Irving, Texas, in 1988. Since then, we have established 14 additional Express offices throughout the DFW metroplex. Express is rated as one of the largest staffing services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  

The Irving/Dallas Metro office is owned and operated by Mike and Arie Overby. The principal owner is Arie Overby. We are a certified Women Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in Texas.  

Mike Overby’s background includes:

• Thirty years of experience with major corporations including American Express, Excel Communications, and Ernst & Young Consulting.
• Served as vice president of customer service at American Express and Excel Communications.
• BS and MS in Industrial Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

Arie Overby’s background includes:

• Over 20 years of experience in public education, staffing and retail
• BS and MS in education
